Art has always been part of my life! Growing up in Maine, the daughter of an artist, I was constantly “making things”, and the urge to create has never stopped.
I earned my BA degree from Swarthmore College, and studied art there with a focus upon abstraction. Upon moving to Central Pennsylvania, I fell in love with the landscape.
I am unfailingly inspired by the beauty of our state’s forests, orchards and fields. Whether I render them abstractly or realistically, with etchings, pastels or colored pencils, my goal is to convey the excitement I feel about the natural world to others!
